The Sustainable Buildings Industry Council (SBIC) has developed a series of online videos describing the characteristics and benefits of high performance schools and outlining a process that people can use to obtain high performance facilities in their districts. The videos are non-technical and were developed specifically for people who are not building professionals: teachers and parents, superintendents and school business officials, board members and other key school decision-makers.

SBIC is an independent, nonprofit organization, based in Washington, DC, whose mission is to advance the design, affordability, energy performance, and environmental soundness of America's buildings. Click here to access the SBIC home page.
